All orders will be despatched from our head office in Shropshire.

We offer free shipping with all our orders.

Our small lampshades will be posted via Royal mail whilst our larger will be sent with Parcel Force.

For large items requiring specialist packaging, charges may apply.

Returns

As all our lampshades are made to order we do not accept returns.

We are always very happy to help you choose the right size and shape for your lamp or room and offer free swatches of both the lining and fabric you require.
