Purchases and Payment

All orders are to be paid for in full using a debit/credit card via the available online payment methods in advance of work commencing on your products.

Once full payment is received an email will be sent to confirm all details and provide an estimated delivery date
Your payments through our website are processed securely and your payment information is fully protected and processed securely. We do not retain any of your payment details.

All of our lampshades are made to order and have a lead time of 7- 14 working days. This may extend during busy times such as Christmas.

We are delighted to offer free shipping within the UK for all orders. Your order will normally arrive within 3 days of dispatch.

As all iluminera products are handmade to order, refunds on cancelled orders will only be offered if manufacture of your goods has not commenced.
The maximum refund amount should production have started will be 25% of the order value.

As your items are handmade to order, all products are non-returnable unless received damaged.
If in the unfortunate event you receive your goods and they have been damaged in transit, iluminera will issue replacement goods as soon as possible. However please follow the process below so that this can be expedited. Alternatively, a full refund can be offered instead of replacement product in this instance.
Please ensure that you notify us of any damages within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. Please can you email a photograph of damaged item and packaging so that we can assess the situation with you. Once agreed we will issue replacements as detailed above.

The damaged goods will then need to be returned to us and we will cover the cost of this return shipment.

All prices on our website include delivery charges within the UK. Every effort is made to ensure the complete accuracy of our website however we reserve the right to change prices/details from time to time.

All our products are represented as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to the nature of the fabrics we use, slight variations in colour may occasionally occur.
Our product information is kept as up to date and accurate as possible. Should an item not be available for any reason you will be informed immediately at time of order.
